Prescriptions & Refills
To refill a prescription, please call us at (734) 780-7070 between the hours of 10 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. Do not call, text, email, or message Dr. O’Neill your clinician directly, as refills of this nature will not be processed.
Prescriptions will not be addressed on Saturdays, Sundays, after business hours, or on holidays. Prescription refills may take 7-10 (20-25 for Semaglutide) business days to process. Please plan accordingly and do not wait until you are completely out of medication before requesting a refill with our office. Please contact your pharmacy to check the status of your prescription.
Please note that a follow-up appointment may be required before your prescriptions can be filled.
