Payment Policy

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Payment for all medical spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For specially packaged or grouped treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. 

We provide several payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your desires: Cash, Major Credit Cards, and CareCredit Patient Payment Plans.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please contact our office by phone or email, with your name and appointment date, and time.

If 24-hour notice is not provided, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

Refund Policy

Aesthetic & Skin Services:

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve your desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Patients are responsible for additional treatments required to achieve desired results.

If a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even if the full series has not been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit for the unused treatments at the discounted package price may be used toward other treatments or products with us.

Retail Purchases:

We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

Gift Certificate Purchases:

No refund is available on Gift Certificate purchases.

Monthly Specials:

Monthly Specials and Flash Sale purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or previous purchases. Monthly Specials are valid for 90 days after the purchase date. Flash Sale expiration dates vary per offer and are included in all marketing communications, emails, and social media posts.

To ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Med 1 Aesthetics, the promotional value (amount paid) can be applied to any other service at Med 1 Aesthetics. The promotional value of any monthly special or flash sale expires five years from the purchase date.

TREATMENT FOR REVISION OR COMPLICATIONS 

The practice of medicine and surgery is not an exact science, and medical spa treatments are the practice of medicine.

Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally, additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These may result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.

Your insurance may or may not cover the expenses related to complications or other medically related problems arising from your treatment at Med 1 Aesthetics.
