During your initial consultation, your provider will review your health history, current weight and goals, order labs if necessary, and discuss your weight loss plan & medication.
Step 2
Your provider or one of our weight loss specialists will go through your at-home injection instructions (once weekly). We’ll answer any questions you may have about the medication and place your initial order.
Step 3
Most patients report noticeable results within 4 weeks! We’ll meet every 3 months to review your progress, answer any questions, and order your next month’s medication refill.

To refill a prescription, please call us at (734) 780-7070 between the hours of 10 am-5 pm Monday-Friday.
Do not call, text, email, or message Dr. O’Neill your clinician directly, as refills of this nature will not be processed.
Prescriptions will not be addressed on Saturdays, Sundays, after business hours, or on holidays. Prescription refills may take 7-10 (20-25 for Semaglutide) business days to process. Please plan accordingly and do not wait until you are completely out of medication before requesting a refill with our office. Please contact your pharmacy to check the status of your prescription.
